The rooms were nicely furnished and big and with balcony, a refrigerator and sofa bed. The staff was very, very nice and accommodating the entire time. Great location for visiting bars and restaurants so close to the hotel.

The wifi was reliable. We had a brand-new and updated room. A microwave, a fridge, and kitchenware were provided if needed. We spent 7 nice sunny days here and would stay again. The weather was warm sunny, had excellent stay for my next visit in 2020. Favourable very central location very close to all the tourist attractions. It also was to a marina across the inlet by boat. There was an amazing bar and excellent food at the casual restaurant. The staff was amazing friendly, so I would stay here again.

The resort is located in a perfect and convenient position, right by all the Key West attractions, including the Fantasy Festival, Mallory Square, and Duval Street. Additionally, it's within walking distance to a bustling plaza.

The 2 bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and had beautiful marina views from the balcony. The location was convenient for restaurants, nightlife, and shopping. The staff, including Dave, Chris, and Al, were friendly. The new key system worked well. The shower and double sink in the room were excellent.

Great location right by the harbor and close to all the main attractions. The room had a modern design and felt brand new. The shower was huge and the overall space was very comfortable. The hotel also had a fantastic rooftop deck that offered stunning sunset views. Free parking was another great perk.

The WiFi connection could have been more stable and of higher quality. It was a bit disappointing that the hotel claimed to be pet-friendly, but there was limited grassy areas for dogs nearby.

The location of this resort is unbeatable. It is very close to downtown and within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The rooms are consistently clean and the staff is always willing to assist. The pool and beach area are enjoyable, and there are fun activities like poolside bingo. The views from some units are stunning, making for a memorable stay.

The lack of storage in the rooms and the noise issue caused by other guests can be a drawback.
